Yes, all our breads are certified gluten free, non-GMO and organic and we are top 9 allergen free. This means that our bread contains NO wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, poultry, red meat, fish, or shellfish.

We only offer combos on our site. We have limited the options to reduce errors in packaging, as we pack every box by hand. However, I can assure you that all of our combos are carefully curated to provide a variety of flavors and textures.

Once you place your order it takes about 3-5 business days for it to process. From there we bake and ship your order on the same day. On this day you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

When unopened, it remains fresh for up to 90 days. Once opened, storing it in the refrigerator will keep it fresh for up to 6 weeks, which is our recommended method if you plan to consume it within that period. For longer storage, you can freeze the bread for up to 6 months. We recommend toasting slices directly from the freezer to maintain its delicious taste and texture.

All of our loaves are made with ground psyllium and ground flax, which are baked right into the bread. Specifically, our pumpkinickel loaf features little caraway seeds baked inside, along with a light sprinkling of pumpkin seeds on the crust. The sourdough loaf is topped with sunflower seeds, while our quinoa loaf has quinoa seeds sprinkled lightly on top. If you prefer, all the seeds on top can be easily brushed off.

We do not add any “baker’s yeast” or any other form of commercial yeast to our products. In this process there are only natural yeasts and healthy bacteria, which are both naturally present on all grains and proliferate as the dough cultures. However, it is NOT unleavened bread. The dough is fermented through a true sourdough process.

All our bread contain the following:

Water, Millet Flour*, Sorghum Flour*, Quinoa Flour*, Teff Flour*, Buckwheat Flour*, Raisin Juice Concentrate*, Psyllium Seed Husk Powder*, Flax Seed Meal*, Sea Salt, Extra-Virgin Olive Oil*

Additionally, our Cinnamon Raisin contains, Raisins*, and Cinnamon* and Citrus fiber*.  Our Sourdough has sunflower seeds* on top and Citrus fiber*. Our Quinoa has quinoa seeds* on top and Citrus Fiber*. 
Our Pumpkinickel contains caraway seeds* and has Pumpkin seeds* on top.
